Turns out the scores of witnesses have been virtually ALL FROM THE SAME SIDE - AND THAT WAS NOT THE SIDE OF INVENTORS, UNIVERSITIES AND THOSE OTHER WHO REALLY ARE INVENTORS. In short -- he chose to listen only to the sise of the patent pirates who are sponsoring S.1145.
